Web interface (browser)

The web interface is the CallMerlin client in your browser. No install: open login.callmerlin.app, enter your account code and sign in with your PIN.

What you can do

Same capabilities as the desktop app:

• Chat and microphone (webcall)
• File uploads
• Calling (softphone) with mid-call recording
• Live meeting recording

Requirements

• Professional plan or higher
• Account code from the dashboard (Settings or PIN invite email)
• Your own PIN (optional 2FA)

Call logs

Sessions via the web interface appear in call logs with source Browser. Softphone calls started from the web interface may still show as Calling where that flow records them that way.

Tips

• Bookmark the link for your team
• Keep the account code private: do not put it in public HTML (use the webcall widget for that)
• Starter plan: web interface is not available
