Getting Started with CallMerlin

In 5 steps you'll have your first AI phone agent running.

Step 1: Create an account

Go to callmerlin.app/signup and create an account. You get a free 14-day trial.

Step 2: Add a connection

Go to Connections in the dashboard and connect your accounting software, CRM or calendar. Merlin uses this data to answer questions.

Step 3: Set up a template

Go to Templates and create a template. Give Merlin instructions on how to behave, the tone to use and what information to provide.

Step 4: Create a PIN user

Go to PIN Users and create a PIN. Link the template and select which tools (capabilities) this PIN may use.

Step 5: Test it

You can now test via the Webcall widget in the dashboard. Click the preview and have a test conversation with Merlin.
