Need help with the setup wizard or dashboard settings? Book Live support: a free 15-minute Google Meet where CallMerlin helps configure your settings. Support is available in Dutch, English and German.
Where to find it

Click Book your timeslot, pick an available slot and confirm in one click.
Time slots
- Monday to Friday, morning and afternoon
- Window: the next 7 days (starting tomorrow)
- Times in Netherlands time (Amsterdam)
- Session length: 15 minutes
After booking
- You get the Google Meet link in the dashboard right away
- You receive a confirmation email with the same link
- Open Meet at the scheduled time
Share your screen in Meet
So CallMerlin can follow along while you configure settings:
- In Meet, click Present now
- Choose a tab, window or entire screen
- Click Share
Rules
| Rule | Explanation |
|---|---|
| One open appointment | You can have at most one upcoming Live support booking at a time |
| Admins only | Only account owners and admins can book |
| Planned | Use Planned to see your open Meet and past sessions |
