How many PIN users can I create?
There is no limit on the number of PIN users. You can create as many as you need.
What languages does Merlin speak?
Merlin can communicate in any language. Set the default language via the template. Merlin automatically switches if the caller speaks a different language.
Can I integrate Merlin with my own systems?
Yes, via API & Webhooks. You can programmatically start conversations, retrieve data and receive notifications.
Does a Teams message cost extra?
No. Teams messages are billed as chat sessions (0.5 minutes). Follow-up questions within 15 minutes are free. See Teams channel - Billing.
Does my IT department need to do anything for Teams?
Yes, a one-time setup: enable "Upload custom apps" in the Teams admin center. After that, any team owner can create the webhook. See Teams channel - Requirements.
