Two-factor authentication and session management for your CallMerlin account.

Security

Two-factor authentication (2FA)

  1. Go to Settings > Security
  2. Enable 2FA
  3. Scan the QR code with an authenticator app
  4. Store your recovery codes in a safe place

Mandatory 2FA

As account owner you can make 2FA mandatory for all team members. New team members must set up 2FA on first login.

Session timeout

Set after how much inactivity users are automatically logged out. Default is 10 minutes.

Team members

Invite colleagues with a specific role:

RolePermissions
AdminFull access to all settings and billing
EditorView conversations, manage PIN users
