Billing
On the billing page you manage your subscription and view your usage.
Subscription
Your plan includes a fixed number of minutes per month. Overage is billed per minute.
You can add extra phone numbers, PIN users and (on Professional+) connections:

Starter has a hard connection limit (no add-ons). On Professional and Business you can go beyond included connections at €8 per month per extra connection.

A chat session starts as 1 minute. With lots of back-and-forth messages in the same session, extra minutes are added (about 1 minute per block of 12 messages). Short questions stay cheap; long work sessions count more fairly.
How much? With light use usually 1 minute. A busy half-hour work session may be a few minutes.
Chat session limits (widget, desktop, app)

After close, a new message counts as a new chat session (again from 1 minute). Your PIN stays valid until 30 minutes of PIN inactivity. A session closes after 5 minutes of silence or after 30 minutes max.
Slack / Teams
Follow-up messages in the same thread within 10 minutes belong to the same chat session. Extra messages in that session can increase the chat forfait. After 10 minutes of silence a new session starts.
Prepaid bundles
Prepaid bundles are used first before additional costs are charged via Stripe.
Budget cap
Set a budget cap to avoid unexpected overage costs. When the cap is reached, new sessions are blocked.
Invoices
Invoices are automatically generated by Stripe at the end of each billing period. You can view and download them in the dashboard.
