Call Logs
The call logs show all conversations with date, duration, source and the PIN used.
Minutes vs. Billed
There are two views:
| View | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Minutes | Raw total call duration (wall clock) |
| Billed | What is actually charged |
Pure chat sessions count as 0.5 minutes, regardless of chat duration.
Filters
You can filter by:
- Date period
- PIN user
- Source (phone, webcall, chat)
