Insights

Insights gives you automatically generated KPIs and trends from your connected tools. Merlin pulls data from accounting, CRM, project management, email/calendar and more, and highlights the most important changes.

Daily or weekly

At the top of the Insights page, choose Daily or Weekly:

Your choice is saved at account level and determines when the next report is generated automatically.

How does it work?

1. Connect at least one tool with read permissions (e.g. Moneybird, HubSpot, Asana, Google)
2. CallMerlin generates a scheduled report per connection
3. For each metric you see the current figure, the reference figure, and the percentage change
4. A colour indicator (green/red/grey) helps you quickly spot what needs attention

Generate now

Click Generate now to create a fresh report immediately, without waiting for the next scheduled run. Useful after adding a new connection.

Trend charts

Each metric shows a sparkline over the last 12 reports (12 days in daily mode, 12 weeks in weekly mode).

Supported connections

Insights works with most connected tools, grouped by type:

• Accounting — Moneybird, Exact Online, Xero, QuickBooks, and more
• CRM — HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, and more
• Project management — Asana, ClickUp, Jira, Monday, and more
• Office — Google Workspace, Microsoft 365
• And other connected categories (marketing, e-commerce, support, etc.)
