Search businesses by name, category or location. Merlin enriches results with phone numbers, websites and reviews, and saves leads directly to your CRM.
How it works
Ask Merlin something like:
- "Find dentists in Rotterdam"
- "Search hotels near Schiphol with at least 4 stars"
- "Find restaurants in Utrecht without a website"
Merlin automatically searches business databases and returns structured results: name, address, phone number, website, rating and opening hours.
What you get back
Each search returns per business:
- Name and address
- Phone number
- Website
- Rating and review count
- Opening hours
- Map link
Each search counts as one lookup against your monthly quota.
Viewing results
- Via chat: results appear in a clear table
- Via voice: Merlin reads the top three and refers to the chat for full details
Save to your CRM
Say "save this to my CRM" and Merlin creates a contact or deal in your connected system (Moneybird, HubSpot, Exact Online, etc.). The data goes to your system, not to CallMerlin.

Enabling it
- Go to the PIN users page in your dashboard
- Open a PIN user's permissions
- Enable Search businesses
- The user can now search immediately via voice or chat

Above your limit, additional lookups are billed as a small amount per lookup on your monthly invoice.
