Boards

Interactive chat dashboards from your connected tools, including mobile Open board.

Boards

Boards are multi-panel overviews in the CallMerlin chat. Merlin combines data from CRM, accounting, calendar and more into one snapshot with KPIs, charts and action buttons.

Where do boards work?

ChannelWhat you see
Web widget / desktopFull board (sandbox) + Share
Android / iPhone & iPadRich cards + Open board button (opens the snapshot in the browser)
Slack / TeamsText KPIs + signed board link (7 days; opens the snapshot viewer)

On mobile, v1 has no full sandbox renderer inside the app. Open board uses your PIN session to create a signed link to widgets.callmerlin.app (same snapshot viewer as sharing). In Slack/Teams the server creates that link automatically for brief commands such as dagstart.

Triggers (examples)

Type or say, among others:

  • dagstart / daily brief – today’s KPIs
  • maandagochtend / monday brief – week overview
  • cashstand – outstanding and aging
  • account health + customer name – pipeline, invoices, meetings
  • support queue / ticket queue – open tickets and SLA
  • hosting health / site health – uptime, SSL, updates
  • order fulfillment / open orders – late shipments and stock
  • pipeline standup / sales standup – deals today and stuck
  • inbox triage / unread mail – urgent and follow-ups
  • campaign pulse / campaign overview – open rates and pending posts
  • hr today / leave today – open tasks and onboarding
  • meeting day / agenda today – prep notes and open actions
  • collections desk / call list / top overdue – collections
  • dev delivery / open PRs / CI red – sprint blockers

Triggers exist in NL, EN, DE, FR and ES.

Permissions and sharing

  • Boards respect your PIN capabilities: only data that tools and rights allow.
  • Share (desktop/widget) or Open board (mobile) gives a signed link, valid 7 days.
  • The share viewer shows the snapshot only: no live Refresh and no action buttons.

Actions inside a board

On desktop/web widget, buttons (e.g. payment reminder, plan follow-up) ask for confirmation. Writes use the existing approval flow.
